Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Process

Non-Returnable Items

Order Cancellation Policy

If you cancel an order before it ships, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed automatically.
Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel a custom order.
